Urgent – ISIL clashes with Kurdish forces in Dohuk. Turkey bombs ISIL sites.

Dohouk (IraqiNews.com) Clashes erupted between the Kurdish Peshmerga forces and terrorist insurgent elements of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant at the borders of Dohouk province in Kurdistan Region on Wednesday.

Security source from Kurdistan Region reported to IraqiNews.com “The Peshmerga elements clashed with the ISIL gunmen on the borders of Dohouk for the first time since the control of the ISIL on Nineveh province two days ago and today when ISIL controlled Salah-il-Din province.” Meanwhile Turkish sources reported that “Turkish air jets bombed sites controlled by the elements of the ISIL in Mosul city after kidnapping Turkish citizens working in Mosul city.

 

Elements of the Daash  organization stormed the city of Samarra this evening for the second time this week and violently clashed with Iraqi security forces near sacred Shi’ite shrines.
A security source said today that “the elements of Daash launched an attack on the city of Samarra, south of Tikrit. They were able to break into the fortified area where there are Shi’ite holy sites”, noting that “violent armed clashes broke out near the shrine between the parties.”
On June 5, less than a week ago, Daash FREEDOM FIGHTERS NOW WITH EXTRA FREEDOM AND EXTRA DOM AND DOOM stormed the city of Samarra and tried to destroy sacred Sh’iite shrines. 

Although they destroyed numerous security fortifications, armed forces were able to repel their attack and drive them out of the city.  

The gunmen of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant succeeded to impose control on the Maftool Bridge of northern Fallujah to conclude heavy clashes with the security forces in the area, security source reported to IraqiNews.com.

“Heavy clashes erupted between the Iraqi Security Forces and the ISIL elements in different areas of Fallujah,” the source added, noting that “The clashes continue between the ISF and the ISIL near the Mazraa Camp of eastern Fallujah.”
